Who operates this app
Scaylup Ads Metrics Reporting is operated by Scaylup for its advertising clients and authorized team members. This policy covers the app’s account-connection and reporting features and this public website. Scaylup is responsible for the services it provides and the client accounts it accesses. Contact us at business@scaylup.com with privacy questions.
The app uses Betelgeze as its underlying onboarding, workspace and client-portal software. This does not grant unrelated agencies or clients access to your account data.
Information we access and collect
During onboarding, we collect the Google Ads customer ID you provide, your confirmation that you may authorize the connection, and the connection’s association with your Scaylup client record. Through the Google Ads API, we check account IDs and names, manager relationships, account status, invitation status, account currency and time zone. We retain connection status, verification timestamps and limited error information to support the connection.
Scaylup separately configures its agency connection with a manager account ID, developer token and Google Cloud service-account credentials. Integration credentials are encrypted and used on the backend. Clients are not asked to supply a Google password or service-account private key.
Performance reporting is in development. When available and enabled, it will access account and campaign identifiers and names, impressions, clicks, spend, conversions and conversion value for selected dates. Derived measures, such as average cost per click, and reporting summaries may be stored for display in the client portal. This planned feature is not currently collecting performance metrics.
If you contact us, we receive the contact details and message you provide. Our website host may process ordinary request information, such as IP address, browser information and access logs, for delivery and security. This public page does not itself request Google account data and includes no advertising trackers or analytics scripts.
How we use information
We use connection data to identify the account you select, verify your authority and Scaylup’s access, request a manager link where available, confirm approval, save onboarding progress and diagnose connection problems. New manager invitations require an authorized account user’s approval in Google Ads. Existing authorized access may be verified without a new invitation.
When reporting becomes available and is enabled, we will use the disclosed Google Ads performance data to present account and campaign reports to you and the Scaylup team you authorize. We will explain new data uses and obtain any required additional consent before introducing them.
Who can access data
Connection information and enabled reports are available to you and authorized Scaylup staff working on your services, with your authorization. We use Betelgeze and necessary hosting, database and infrastructure providers to deliver and secure the app. Google receives the identifiers and API requests required to perform the connection and reporting operations. Providers may process data in countries other than your own, subject to applicable data-protection requirements.
Support personnel may access specific data with your permission, or when necessary to investigate security issues or comply with law. We do not disclose client account information to unrelated clients or agency workspaces. We do not sell Google user data, disclose it to data brokers, use it for unrelated advertising or cross-client profiling, or use it to train general-purpose AI or machine-learning models.
Google API Services and Limited Use
Scaylup Ads Metrics Reporting’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the applicable Limited Use requirements. These restrictions apply to Google data and information derived from it.
Transfers are limited to the user-facing features you authorize, necessary security purposes, legal obligations, or a business acquisition after obtaining any required explicit prior consent. Google data will not be used for creditworthiness or lending decisions. Staff and service providers must follow the applicable restrictions.
Storage and security
We use HTTPS for app communications, encrypt stored integration credentials and restrict account data to the appropriate workspace and client relationship. Google access tokens and service-account private keys are handled on the backend and are not returned to client browsers. No system can promise absolute security.
Connection records and enabled reporting data are retained for as long as needed to deliver the authorized service, provide support and meet applicable legal or security obligations. We do not retain Google data for unrelated advertising or profiling. Records subject to an authorized retention obligation remain protected and limited to that purpose; backups may remain until their normal replacement or deletion.
Withdrawing account access
To remove Scaylup’s manager access, open Google Ads → Admin → Access and security → Managers and remove the manager link, subject to Google’s account requirements. This stops access through that link but does not automatically erase records already stored by the app or Google.
Scaylup can also disable its connection in the platform’s Settings → Connections, which removes the stored integration credentials and stops future access through that integration. Disabling the platform connection does not itself remove the Google Ads manager link, pause campaigns or cancel your service agreement. If another separately authorized access route exists, it must also be withdrawn.
Access, correction and deletion
Email business@scaylup.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your stored connection information and any reports. Include the business name and Google Ads customer ID so we can locate the record. Do not send passwords, developer tokens or private keys.
We will verify that you are authorized to make the request, then act on it in accordance with applicable law. We delete requested data unless retention is required for a specific legal or security obligation. Where an exception applies, we will explain it. Google independently controls records held in its own services.
Policy changes and contact
We will publish changes here with an updated effective date. Before using Google data for a new purpose, we will notify affected users and obtain any required consent. For questions, contact business@scaylup.com.
