About these terms

These terms cover use of Scaylup Ads Metrics Reporting, operated by Scaylup for its clients and authorized team members. By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you act for a business, you must be authorized to do so. Your separate Scaylup service agreement governs advertising services, fees, deliverables and commitments.

Account authorization

Only connect Google Ads accounts you own or are authorized to represent. Keep your private onboarding and client-portal links confidential, and tell Scaylup if access is no longer authorized or you suspect misuse. Do not use the app to access another client’s data or bypass Google’s access requirements.

Submitting an account ID and confirming authorization instructs the app to check Scaylup’s existing access and, where permitted, request a manager link. New links must be approved by an authorized user in Google Ads. The app does not approve an invitation for you.

What the connection permits

A manager link may let Scaylup manage advertising inside Google Ads, according to Google’s permissions and your service agreement. It is not a report-only grant. The current app checks account access, establishes permitted manager links and records connection status; it does not create campaigns, change ads or budgets, or upload remarketing audiences.

Connecting does not by itself establish a new advertising budget or authorize additional charges. Google advertising charges and Scaylup’s fees are governed by your respective arrangements with Google and Scaylup.

Availability and reporting

Account connection is in pilot. Performance reporting is being developed and is not yet available in the client portal. Feature availability depends on Google’s API approvals, account eligibility, permissions, quotas and service availability. A successful account check does not guarantee that every Google API operation is permitted.

When reporting is enabled, it will reflect data retrieved from Google for your selected account and dates. Google may delay or revise data, and figures can vary with currency, time zone, attribution settings and refresh time. Reports are informational and do not guarantee leads, revenue or advertising outcomes.

Privacy and appropriate use

The Privacy Policy explains the app’s access, use, storage, sharing and deletion of data. Use Google data only for the authorized account connection and service purposes. Do not sell it, share it with unrelated clients, or use it for unrelated profiling or general-purpose AI training. Google’s applicable terms and policies also apply to use of its services.

Disconnecting and ending access

You can withdraw Scaylup’s manager access in Google Ads → Admin → Access and security → Managers, subject to Google’s requirements. Scaylup can also disable the app’s agency connection. These are separate actions; neither automatically deletes data already held by Google, cancels campaigns or terminates your service agreement.

Contact Scaylup to request deletion of stored app information under the Privacy Policy. Access may be suspended if Google revokes authorization, account permissions change, use threatens security or these terms are violated.

Changes and support

We may update these terms to reflect changes in the app, applicable rules or services. The current version and effective date will remain publicly available here. Material changes to Google data use will be disclosed and any required consent obtained before the new use begins. For support or questions, email business@scaylup.com.

Read our Privacy Policy.
